Shipping Information/Return Policy
Shipping information
Most orders placed before noon, ship on that same day. Almost all order ship within 48 hours.
Standard shipping is by USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation barcode. For orders under 1lb (most orders are under 1lb), the shipping cost will be $5.50. After you have placed your order, our cart will automatically calculate your shipping charges.
We do have express shipping available. If you need shipping by Fed Ex or Express Mail, please email as soon as possible with your order number and the shipping method desired. We will do our best to get your order to you in the time frame required.
Return Policy(a.k.a. the fine print)
We want you to be happy with your beads. In that spirit, we have a very liberal return policy. As in life, some restrictions do apply. In order to ensure proper credit for returned items, please follow these guidelines:
Please enclose the invoice number, and your name and address in the package. Please also enclose your phone number in case we have any questions.
Please make sure to package the item securely. We recommend re-using the packaging material from your order to package any returned items. First Class Mail with a Delivery Confirmation barcode is recommended.
Please return items in their original condition. We cannot accept returns of partial or broken strands, or of open bags of counted goods.
Shipping costs to and from Beadsales.com are non-refundable and are the sole responsability of the customer.
No return policy can cover every eventuality so if you have any questions about a potential return, don't hesitate to call us or email. We'll be delighted to assist you.
