Return Policy(a.k.a. the fine print)

- We want you to be happy with your beads.  In that spirit, we have a  very liberal return policy.  As in life, some restrictions do apply.  In order to ensure proper credit for returned items, please follow these guidelines:
- All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date
- Please enclose the invoice number, and your name and address in the package.  Please also enclose your phone number in case we have any questions.
- Please make sure to package the item securely.  We recommend re-using the packaging material from your order to package any returned items.  
-Please return items in their original condition.  We cannot accept returns of partial or broken strands, or of open bags of counted goods.  
- Shipping costs to and from Beadsales.com are non-refundable and are the sole responsability of the customer.
No return policy can cover every eventuality so if you have any questions about a potential return, don't hesitate to call us or email.  We'll be delighted to assist you.
